Standard Handicap Formula: To make the competition fair between teams of different skill levels, we will use a percentage of combined COURSE handicaps. For a 2-player team we will take 35% of the lower handicap player and 15% of the higher handicap player, adding them together for the team's total stroke allowance.

​

Example:

Player one: (12 handicap x 0.35)

Player two: (18 handicap x (0.15)

That produces 4.2 + 2.7 = 6.9 we will round up so that team plays off 7 strokes total.
